Tell a Friend Free Prize Draw Rules

This is a monthly free prize draw and it is open to anyone who completes a tell-a-friend form with at least one valid and real email address in the calendar month in question.
You do not need to apply for a payday cash advance nor take out a payday loan cash advance to take advantage of this free prize draw.
Only valid and real email addresses are accepted, and all submissions will be tested prior to the awarding of the prize.
You are allowed to submit as many email addresses as you wish in a calendar month, but this is will not increase your chances of winning. i.e. any one person may only have one entry into the free prize draw each calendar month.
There must be a minimum of 100 valid entries in the calendar month for the draw to take place.
The draw will take place in the first week of the next calendar month.
The winner will be notified by email shortly after the draw.
The prize will be to the value of £250, and could be cash, vouchers or a gift at the discretion of QuickSilver. Prizes are not exchangeable nor transferable.
The winner will be required to partipate in modest marketing of QuickSilver - this is likely to be no more than a supportive quote that could be used on the QuickSilver Payday website. Refusal to partipate will invalidate the prize, and lead to a new draw of the remaining entrants.
QuickSilver's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
